How Does This Work?
Step 1: Fill out the form on the Contact page.
Step 2: I will arrange a brief chat with you (generally via Facetime or phone call) to talk more in depth about your goals. This is also an opportunity for us to get to know each other and ensure we will be a good match.
Step 3: If we both agree that we are a good match, we’ll schedule a free, in person 60 minute intro session. This is for you to get familiar with the space, perform some basic movement assessments and discuss next steps. Reminder that I have 2 cats in case you allergic!
Step 4: If we both decide to move forward, we’ll get you on the calendar! I try to keep days/times consistent week to week, but understand life happens which means rescheduling needs to happen (on my part too!) See the Pricing tab for more details.
Step 5: You get stronger!
Every single workout is written from scratch and never repeated for you or another client. This is PERSONAL training customized to YOUR needs.
